Who is running the program?
Rick Richardson is a doctor of physical therapy, a certified athletic trainer, and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He specializes in working with athletes of all ages and ability levels to allow them to achieve their full potential. He most enjoys working with youth athletes due to their immense potential.

What to expect?
He has a comprehensive approach that allows him to have a good understanding of the needs of each athlete. Each athlete will be individually screened for medical history, flexibility deficits, movement and coordination deficits, and undergo baseline performance testing specific to their sport. Homework will likely be given to address specific flexibility or strength deficits to allow for faster functional improvement and injury prevention.
